About

I have always loved to cook, and barbeque just came naturally to me. Now, I’ve decided to turn that passion into something more—bringing great food to the people of North Platte and surrounding areas, helping fill a few stomachs along the way. With a strong dedication to quality and flavor, my goal is to give everyone the chance to enjoy a true, traditional-style barbeque experience. If you’re ready to taste what I proudly call the “Best,” send a message to my Facebook page and let’s get you fed.
